Shipping Policy

When you place an order with Librzzstore, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order is shipped, you will be emailed the tracking information for your shipment. You can select your preferred shipping method on the Order Information page during the checkout process.
**Order Processing Time**
We process orders Monday through Friday. Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days and then shipped. Please note that we are closed on weekends, which may cause delays. During periods of high demand, processing times may extend beyond 3 business days. If there are issues with your payment or address information, your order may experience further delays.
**Estimated Shipping Time**
The total delivery time is calculated from when you place your order until it is delivered to you. This time includes both processing and shipping times:
– **Processing Time (1-2 business days):** Time required to prepare your items for shipment, including quality checks and packing.
– **Shipping Time (7-12 business days):** Time required for your items to travel from our warehouse to your destination.
**Order Cutoff Time:** 11:00 PM
**Shipping Fees:**
– **Continental US:** Standard Shipping: $5.99 for all items
– **Rest of World:** Standard Shipping: $11.99 for all items
**Estimated Shipping Times**
Shipping times vary by location and are estimates (excluding our 1-2 days processing time):
– **United States:** 7-12 working days
– **Canada, Europe:** 10-25 working days
– **Australia, New Zealand:** 12-25 working days
– **Rest of World:** 15-35 working days
**Tracking Information**
You will receive an email with your package’s tracking information once your order ships. If you do not receive tracking information within 5 days, please contact us. Note that some shipping companies may take 2-5 business days to update tracking information. If tracking information is not updated within 5 days of placing your order, please contact us at [email protected] for assistance.
**Note**
Please ensure that all delivery information is correct. If there are errors or missing information, we may need to contact you to update the details, which could delay your order.
**Change in Shipping Address**
You have up to 24 hours to update your shipping address. Please email us at [email protected] if you need to make changes.
**Shipping Restrictions**
It is your responsibility to provide the correct shipping address, including the exact apartment number if applicable. If you identify any issues with your shipping address within 24 hours of placing your order, please contact us via [email protected] to correct it. If not, we will provide you with the carrier’s phone number so you can correct the address directly. To minimize shipping costs, we use one-way shipping services. If a package is returned to the sender, it will be sent to our shipping agency’s storage rather than our warehouse. We are unable to issue a refund in the following cases:
– The package could not be delivered after several attempts.
– You refuse the package.
– The package was undeliverable due to issues with the shipping address you provided.
– You claim non-receipt of the package, but tracking shows it was successfully delivered.
For lost or missing packages agreed to be replaced by us, we will only provide the shipping carrier’s information and tracking number for you to track your package.
**Taxes & Duties**
Import duties, taxes, local taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Librzzstore is not responsible for reporting or paying these taxes. These charges vary by country and are the buyer’s responsibility. All orders made on Librzzstore are on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. Import taxes and duties will not be covered by Librzzstore and will be invoiced by the shipping carrier upon delivery, depending on local sales tax laws. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine the additional costs.
